Can I create multiple shopping carts for different locations? arrow

Yes, you can create multiple shopping carts for your company's various locations. Watch our step-by-step video or follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your customer account:

    • Click on the profile icon (Company Account) at the top of the page.

  2. Manage your shopping carts:

    • Select 'Your Shopping Carts' from the dropdown menu.

  3. Create a new shopping cart:

    • Click 'New Shopping Cart' at the bottom right.

    • Then click 'Open Cart'.

  4. Rename your shopping cart:

    • Change the name 'New' by clicking the pencil icon.

    • Click 'Save'.

Can I schedule my order? arrow

Yes, you can schedule your order. Note: This is different from specifying a desired delivery date. Watch our step-by-step video or follow the steps below:

  1. Schedule your order:

    • Click 'Schedule Order'.

  2. Choose a date:

    • Select a date on which the order should be placed. The products in your cart will be automatically ordered on that day at 18:00.

    • Optionally, enter an order reference and/or desired delivery date.

  3. Click 'Save'.

Where can I view my order (status)? arrow

  1. Log in to your customer account:

    • Click on the profile icon (Company Account) at the top of the page.

  2. View your orders:

    • Select 'Your Orders' from the dropdown menu.

    • Here you can check the status of your order or view the details by clicking 'Details'.

Can I reorder previously ordered products? arrow

Yes, you can easily reorder previously ordered products. Watch our step-by-step video or follow the steps below:


  1. Directly from order details:

    • Go to the order details of a previous order.

    • Add the products back to your cart.

  2. Via recently ordered products:

    • Click on the profile icon (Company Account) at the top of the page.

    • Select 'Recently Ordered Products' from the dropdown menu.

    • Products are sorted from most recent to oldest.

Where can I view my call-off orders? arrow

You can easily view your call-off orders and check the status of your order. Watch our step-by-step video or follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your customer account:

    • Click on the profile icon (Company Account) at the top of the page.

  2. View your call-off orders:

    • Select 'Your Call-Off Orders' from the dropdown menu.

    • Here you can view the start and end dates of the call-off order or view the details by clicking 'Details'.

    • Total quantity: The total number of products for the call-off order.

    • Remaining quantity: The number of products that can still be called off.

Where can I view my quotes? arrow

You can view all your quotes through your webshop account. Watch our step-by-step video or follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your customer account:

    • Click on the profile icon (Company Account) at the top of the page.

  2. View your quotes:

    • Select 'Your Quotes' from the dropdown menu.

    • Here you can view the start and end dates of the quote or view the details by clicking 'Details'.

How do I search for a product on the website? arrow

You can search for products in various ways on our webshop. Watch our step-by-step video or follow the steps below:


  1. Navigate through product categories:

    • Click on the product categories and drill down to find the desired product.

  2. Use the search bar:

    • Enter various attributes, such as (part of) item numbers, EAN codes, supplier item numbers, product names, etc.

    • Note: Spaces are read as OR.

  3. Click the magnifying glass icon to search.

    • Use the advanced search function:

    • Click 'Search Products' next to the search bar.

    • Select a specific field to search within.

I can't find my product, what now? arrow

Sometimes a specific product may no longer be available. We keep our assortment as up-to-date as possible to provide you with the best selection. This means some products may be replaced by better/new alternatives. If you can't find a specific product or are looking for a specialized custom solution, contact our sales team. We will be happy to assist you.

Filling out your order form arrow

With the order form, you can place an order for multiple items at once. This is handy if you already know what you need (article numbers and quantities). Watch our step-by-step video or follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your customer account:

    • Click on the icon (Company account) at the top of the page.

  2. Open your order form:

    • Choose Order Form in the menu.

    • Here you can fill in your order form. You can do this manually or by using your own CSV file.

How do I become a customer at Protempo? arrow

Protempo is a comprehensive supplier of wheels, pneumatic wheels, gas springs, dampers, trailer parts, and agricultural parts. We supply companies across Europe on a daily basis.

If you want to become a customer, please fill out our registration form. Our sales team will then contact you as soon as possible. Follow our step-by-step video that explains how to sign up for a customer account.

We do not supply directly to consumers or companies placing one-time orders. For this, we refer you to one of our partners.

How do I create a webshop account? arrow

You can request an account for our webshop via our registration form. We will process your request and contact you as soon as possible. Follow our step-by-step video that explains how to sign up for a customer account.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an invitation to our webshop by email.

Can I create a second webshop account? arrow

Yes, it is possible to create a second webshop account. Please contact us at sales@protempo.eu, include your customer number, and inform us that you want to create an additional contact person for your webshop account.

I forgot my password, what should I do? arrow

You can easily reset your password. Enter the email address you use to log in to your account. You will receive an email with the option to change your password. In the step-by-step video below, we guide you through the process.

I cannot log in to my account, what should I do? arrow

First, ensure that you are logging into the correct webshop. If you have an account for the Protempo.eu webshop, you can only log in there. You cannot use this account to log into the Protempo.nl webshop.

If you are still unable to log in, please contact our sales team at sales@protempo.eu, +31 (0)24 3711 733, or through our chat. We will resolve the issue for you so you can continue ordering without problems.

How do I place an order? arrow

By logging into your account on the Protempo webshop, you can easily order your products. Add your products to the shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout process.

Can I request a quote? arrow

Yes, you can request a quote from your representative or our sales team. We will send you a competitive offer via email.

Can consumers order from Protempo? arrow

No, we do not supply directly to consumers or companies placing one-time orders. For this, we refer you to one of our partners.

Can I change or cancel my order? arrow

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been physically processed by our warehouse. Please notify our sales team as soon as possible.

Orders that have been processed by our warehouse cannot be changed or canceled and will be shipped out.

How can I track my order? arrow

Once we have dispatched your package with our delivery service, you will receive a track & trace code via email. You can use this to track your package.

What is the delivery time for out-of-stock products? arrow

Occasionally, we may not have sufficient stock of certain products. Additionally, specific products are manufactured by our suppliers on request. Delivery times vary by product, as we work with various international suppliers. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact our sales team.

If your order contains products with different delivery times, your delivery will be split. The products available for next-day delivery will be shipped immediately and the remaining products will be delivered when they are in stock.

Can I pick up my order? arrow

Pick-up is only available at our address in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

You can select the 'pick-up' option when placing your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up at our warehouse in Nijmegen.

Please wait for the pick-up notification before visiting our warehouse. We want to ensure your order is ready to avoid unnecessary waiting.

When picking up, please report to the reception. Bring the pick-up notification to ensure a smooth process.

Pick-up is available Monday through Thursday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. Unfortunately, pick-ups cannot be done between 10:00-10:15.

How can I return products? arrow

To return your products, first contact our sales team at sales@protempo.eu or +31 (0)24 3711 733. Report your return and provide both the order number (starting with SOP) and the reason for the return. A return label will be created and sent to you. Pack the products as securely as possible in a box and attach the return label to the outside of the box. Send the package back to us.

Please note: All returns must be reported to our sales team in advance.

How will I know if my return has been processed? arrow

We will assess your return as soon as we receive it. If it is approved, you will receive a credit invoice via email.

Am I eligible for an API integration? arrow

We offer an API integration to businesses that actively operate an online store or plan to set one up, regardless of whether you are already a Protempo customer.

Your webshop must support API requests, and you need to collaborate with an IT specialist or web developer who can handle the technical implementation.

What data is transmitted via the API integration? arrow

You will receive up-to-date product specifications, prices, and stock levels. You can place orders directly from your own webshop or create return notifications.

What does an API integration with Protempo cost? arrow

Setting up the API on our side is an additional service that we offer free of charge. However, implementing and testing it will require a time investment from you and your IT partner. Once it's set up, you will fully enjoy its benefits.

How quickly are changes in your system visible via the integration? arrow

The next morning! This way, you always have the latest information at your fingertips. New products that we add to our assortment will also be automatically available through the integration, keeping you constantly up to date.
