Protempo: then and now

Protempo was founded in Zaandam in 1974. Four years later, we moved to larger premises in Nijmegen. A strategic choice that enabled us to work more efficiently with our suppliers and better serve our partners both nationally and internationally.

Today, we have grown into a strong national and international player within the industries in which we operate. With a very extensive product range, an 11,000 m² warehouse, and many years of experience, we continue to build every day on availability, quality, and service.

A reliable partner for many sectors for years

Protempo has been purchasing products from all over the globe for years. This has led to dealerships with leading brands such as KNOTT Trailertechnik, HAHN Gasfedern, and Steinco Rollen und Räder (in the Benelux). Thanks to the solid long-term relationships with our suppliers, we have been a reliable and stable partner for our customers in a variety of sectors for over 45 years. We supply to clients from a variety of sectors, including healthcare, the agricultural sector, the food industry, the internal transport industry, trailer construction, shipbuilding, and scaffolding.

The market is constantly changing, which requires constant adjustment and improvement on our part. At Protempo, we never stop moving. Our product range and building have grown significantly since 1974, and so have our knowledge and experience. On top of that, our services have been expanded further and further.
